Through dedicated practice, she discovered that yoga is much more than movement; it is a way of being, of listening, and of living with presence.
Movement and dance have always been integral parts of who she is, as has communication — both serving as ways she expresses herself and connects from the heart.
Sol is a certified Ontological Coach and has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Style, followed by a 30-hour Restorative Yoga Training.
Teaching yoga is one of her greatest joys. Sol loves holding space for students to explore, reconnect, and find their own rhythm within this beautiful practice of self-awareness, healing, and becoming.
