CURA Yoga Center

Adriana Wignall

Adriana’s healing journey began long before her professional training. After enduring significant childhood trauma, she experienced firsthand how the body holds stress, protection, and unprocessed emotion. That early awareness became the foundation of her life’s work — a deeply personal commitment to self-healing that gradually evolved into guiding others toward the same.

In 2017, Adriana became a certified Reiki practitioner, marking her first formal step into the healing arts. As she continued studying meditation and energy work, she also gained experience in studio management and the broader wellness industry, learning not only how to hold space but how to cultivate sustainable, heart-centered environments for growth.

By 2019, she discovered the Kaiut Yoga Method — a turning point. The practice’s focus on joint health, nervous system regulation, and meeting the body exactly as it is felt like the missing piece. What began as personal restoration soon became a calling. Adriana went on to study directly with Francisco Kaiut to become a certified teacher, integrating structural and physical healing with the energetic work she already loved.

Her path continued to expand. In early 2024, Adriana stepped into business ownership and founded CURA Yoga Center — a natural next step and a bold commitment to spreading waves of healing throughout Boulder and beyond. In 2025, she completed her Reiki Mastership, expanding upon her dedication to this mission of healing- for all.

Today, Adriana teaches Kaiut Yoga and offers private Reiki Rejuvenate sessions, creating spaces that feel safe, aligned, and accessible. Each offering reflects the building blocks of her own journey — from healing within to holding space for others to do the same.
