Honoring Your Body and Deepening Your Practice
Join Sol for a space to connect with Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga, each supporting the body in its own way—through movement and through stillness. You’ll explore the benefits of each practice, learn how to use props with intention, and discover thoughtful modifications and different ways to approach each pose. The workshop will include a nourishing Slow Flow practice as well as a deeply Restorative practice.
